What is included in the MyTempNumber Basic plan?
The MyTempNumber Basic plan provides you with a temporary phone number in an area code convenient to you. Once you have been assigned a temporary number, you can specify where you would like to have all incoming calls to this number forwarded (e.g., your cell or home phone). With the MyTempNumber Basic plan, you can also change the phone number that calls are forwarded to at your convenience (e.g., from their cell phone to their home phone) through our easy-to-use web interface.
What is included in the MyTempNumber Premium plan?
The MyTempNumber Premium plan provides you with all of the benefits of the Basic plan with the following additional functions and features to enhance your ability to control incoming calls.
- Call Blocking: Block calls from anonymous callers and unknown private numbers.
- Do Not Disturb: Send all incoming calls directly to voicemail.
- Call Censor: Specify calls made from specific phone numbers to be rejected.
- Smart Caller ID: Identify when an incoming call is dialing your temporary number or your personal phone number.
- Find Me Follow Me: Forward your calls to as many as three other phone numbers. Find Me Follow Me will call the designated phone numbers in the order that you choose, or simultaneously, trying to “find” you.
- Privacy List: Schedule "private time" when you only want to receive calls from a designated list of phone numbers. All other calls are sent directly to voicemail.
- Voicemail: Enable or disable a customized voice message that you record, for incoming callers to your number. Voicemail is accessible via phone and web (email coming soon!).
How do I set up and manage Voicemail for MyTempNumber?
To access your MyTempNumber Voicemail account settings, please dial any of the following access numbers*:

* Please note that cellular, local and/or long distance charges from your telephone service provider may apply when you dial these access numbers. You understand that you should check your telephone service plan prior to placing calls, and that you will be responsible for all charges, taxes, fees and surcharges from your telephone service provider resulting from your use of the Services.
The system will ask you for your “Mailbox Number” at which time you will enter your 10-digit, temporary number. Your default password for your MyTempNumber voicemail will be “1-2-3-4,” however, you can easily change your password after initially dialing in to the system. After entering your password, automated voice prompts will guide you through the system, granting you access to change your Voicemail password, record your outgoing message, listen to any new/saved voicemails messages, and much more.
Additionally, you may check your voicemail messages directly through the user interface of your MyTempNumber online account. As new voicemail messages are left for you, a “Voicemail” section will be generated in real-time underneath the “Features” page for a particular phone number. This “Voicemail” section will list all of your voicemail messages as .WAV files that you can listen to and delete at your convenience, as well as providing you with the caller’s Caller ID information, day/time that the message was left, and duration of each voicemail message. Please note, email notifications with attached .WAV files of your voice message are COMING SOON.
